Experimental Variation of Magnification Calibration for Localization Microscopy

We study the experimental variation of a localization microscope due to temporal and thermal factors, enabling elucidation of the discrepancy between transillumination brightfield and epi-illumination fluorescence of an aperture array for magnification calibration.
