Abstract
To make automated measurements of light sources and displays, National Instrument's LabVIEW software is used to control a Minolta LS-100/110 luminance meter. The Virtual Instrument is able to control all functionality of the luminance meter, while also providing the ability to take continuous measurements at set time intervals and to save the luminance data to file.
