Abstract
The Algorithm Testing and Evaluation Program for Coordinated Measuring Systems (ATEP-CMS) is a NIST Special Test Service offered through the Office of Measurement Services Calibration Program. ATEP-CMS evaluates the performance of data analysis software used in coordinate measuring systems (CMS). This report details the CMS testing and evaluating methods that ATEP-CMS uses to test and evaluates the performance of CMS software. This report is intended as a guide to procedures for ATEP-CMS testing personnel.
