Abstract
The 2009 Materials Research Society (MRS) Spring Meeting took place in San Francisco Moscone Center from April 13 through 17. This large-scale meeting included forty-one technical symposia, nine symposium tutorials, three poster sessions, a popular Symposium X (Frontiers of Materials Research), an award ceremony, an exhibit, and various services including an employment center for the MRS members. The attendees this year was over 4200, with a total of more than 4000 papers presented in both oral and poster sessions. This report summarizes the events that took place that week.Citation
