Meghan Percy (Fed)

Meghan Percy holds a BA in English from Sewanee: The University of the South and an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of Alabama. She joined NIST in 2020 after serving as managing editor for a book series featuring innovative companies from around the world. She worked for the Oxford American magazine as an editorial assistant and has considerable English teaching experience, having served as an English instructor for college students and a TEFL (teaching English as a foreign language) teacher online for elementary school students in China.
As OSHE's Writer/Editor, Meghan writes Safety Minutes and the Safety Standard newsletter and works with Program Managers to create and edit online trainings and tutorials. She also manages the NIST Safety Intranet.
