CTL Executive Officer
As the Executive Officer of CTL, Kristine serves as a primary advisor to the CTL leadership team on the programmatic and resource management operations. Her responsibilities include executing operational and budgetary goals, developing strategic and operating plans, ensuring effective management of NIST resources, and directing the mission support areas that deliver services to various departments. Kristine joined NIST in 2019 as an Administrative Officer for the Public Safety Communications Research (PSCR) division, where she showcased dedication and commitment to excellence. Prior to her civilian role, Kristine served in the Army for 14 years and holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership.
