Juana Williams (Fed)

Juana Williams is part of the Legal Metrology Devices Program in the Office of Weights and Measures (OWM). She serves as a Technical Advisor to the National Conference on Weights and Measures Specifications and Tolerances Committee and NIST OWM U.S. National Work Groups on the Development of Commercial Hydrogen Measurement Standards and Electric Vehicle Fueling and Submetering providing guidance on technical issues and to promote the development of accurate and uniform weights and measures standards, laws, regulations, and test procedures.

During her tenure in NIST OWM, she has worked at various levels with technical committees and made technical contributions to legal metrology publications (handbooks, examination and approval procedures), news articles, training, and the interpretation and field implementation of weights and measures requirements for commercial measuring systems.
