Sandra K. Heckman is the ADMV OFF ASST OA Division Secretary of the Building Energy and Environment Division (EED) of the Engineering Laboratory (EL) at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
Before starting her Federal Government career, Ms. Heckman came from the private sector where, during her career, Ms. Heckman advanced from a clerk-typist to a chief executive secretary. Most of Ms. Heckman's career was spent in manufacturing facilities; however, Ms. Heckman has also been in the banking and real estate environment.
