Dr. Oral is a postdoctoral fellow in the Smart Grid Group - Smart Connected Systems Division - Communications Technology Laboratory. As a researcher from Johns Hopkins University, he participates in the NIST Professional Research Experience Program (PREP). His work focuses on control theoretical aspects of integration of distributed energy resources (DERs) into the power grid and his research interests are in networked dynamical systems.
