David Huang (Fed)
David Huang is an IT Specialist in the Electron Physics Group. He has a B.S. in Information Systems and an M.S. in Systems Engineering, both from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Prior to joining the CNST, he worked for Navstar Inc. as a Systems Engineer providing database management and data mining support at other government agencies. David provides system administration support for the CNST.
