Benjamin Walker is a member of the Time and Frequency Metrology Group. His work focuses on high precision noise measurements. His previous work includes high level magnetometry, both terrestrial and submarine. He taught Electrical Engineering for one year at the University of Alaska, Anchorage. He received his BSE in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alaska, Anchorage in 2011, and his PhD degree in Polar Robotics and Automated Crevasse Detection in Glaciers from the Thayer School of Engineering, Dartmouth College.
