NIST AMNPO Deputy Director Receives ASM 2015 Materials Science Award

On October 15, 2015, ASM International (ASM), the world's largest association of metals-focused materials professionals, honored its 2015 Class of Fellows at an awards dinner in Columbus, Ohio. The Fellow of the Society honor recognizes members for their distinguished contributions to materials science, engineering or manufacturing and their exemplary personal reputations. This year, 30 members were named to the 46th Class of Fellows and 31 additional members received awards for their materials science achievements. Among the awardees was NIST AMNPO Deputy Director Dr. Frank W. Gayle.
