Abstract
Two Josephson Array Voltage Standard Systems using different calibration algorithms are operated at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. A manual system is designed to make comparisons by measuring against the 1.018 V of the three Zener references. The difference of averaging the three Zener references is smaller than 1 nV.
