Abstract

Good Afternoon. The title of my talk basically reflects the trend in technology in manufacturing over the last 20 years. We at NIST have done our part to try to keep up with the concept of moving from bolts to bytes, and seeing how much information technology has influenced the ability of our manufacturers to be more productive.
