Traceable Temperatures outlines the most common methods of measuring temperature and teaches the reader practical skills in assuring that those measurements are made with confidence at a known level of uncertainty. For a beginning user of thermometers or for a user wishing to achieve a higher degree of expertise, this book is an excellent choice. Temperature Measurement is best thought of as a handbook-a compendium that does not serve as a textbook or comprehensive guide to a field, but serves a purpose by collecting in one place an array of useful information related to temperature measurement.
