Abstract
The next two issues of the International Journal of Chemical Kinetics are dedicated to Prof. Simon H. Bauer on the occasion of his 90th birthday. These issues contain a number of papers by his students and colleagues who have built on his pioneering studies. Taken together, the papers represent an excellent summary of present day gas kinetics and its potential for solving long-standing scientific and practical challenges.Citation
