Abstract
A transfer matrix Transmission line method is applied to a modified doubly-reentrant cavity for evaluating the tunable properties of bulk ferroelectric materials at rf frequencies. The transverse resonator impedance of the equivalent circuit model of the modified doubly-reentrant cavity provides a convenient approach for resonant fixture design and ferroelectric speciment permittivity evaluation under application of a tuning bias.
