Abstract
Behavioural models for RF devices are often base on single-tone data. However, this type of excitation is not representative of the digital modulation to which many RF devices are subjected in telecommunication systems. In this work, we show that the use of multisine excitation renders the modeling more efficient from both the experiment design and data handling point of view, without loss of accuracy.
