2026 NICE Conference & Expo

The 17th Annual NICE Conference & Expo took place in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on June 1-3, 2026. The conference brought together over 400 participants and featured 4 pre-conference workshops, 18 exhibitors, 29 sessions, 2 keynotes, 6 featured speakers and 2 story showcases. Over three days, attendees heard about how AI is reshaping the cyber workforce, learned about capacity-building approaches and skills-focused models, and discovered how the NICE Framework is being used to support cyber workforce development. Networking opportunities and engagement with exhibitors provided valuable face-to-face interactions throughout. Take a look at some key highlights from the event below.

RAMPS Community Posters Showcase

2026 RAMPS Poster Wall

During the NICE Conference, Regional Alliances and Multistakeholder Partnerships to Stimulate (RAMPS) Cybersecurity Education and Workforce Development grant recipients had the opportunity to showcase their programs in our poster hall. RAMPS grantees came together for a dynamic workshop to engage in meaningful discussions about their project activities, outcomes, and goals. These posters provide insights into the impact that RAMPS projects have on their regional community by aligning cybersecurity education with workforce needs to grow the talent pipeline and support local economic development.

NEW! NICE Communities of Interest

During day two of the conference, NICE announced two new NICE Communities of Interest:

  • NICE Cyber Workforce Management Community of Interest This community is a forum for cyber workforce stakeholders to network, engage in conversations, share information, learn about, architect, and champion evidence-based workforce management strategies.
  • NICE Skills-Based Learning Community of Interest This community is a forum for cyber workforce stakeholders to network, engage in conversations, share information, and learn about skills-based learning and how it can help advance the cyber workforce by promoting learning pathways that build practical skills, validate competencies, and prepare learners for real-world careers.
