2026 NICE Local Stakeholders' Engagement Event

March 20, 2026 | Temple University

The future of security relies on the strength of our people as much as our technology. This year’s NICE Conference Local Stakeholder Engagement Event (LSEE), “Securing Tomorrow Together: Building the Keystone State Cybersecurity Workforce,” brings together government leaders, educators, industry practitioners, and community partners to build a resilient, inclusive, and future-ready workforce.

The NICE Conference Local Stakeholders’ Engagement Event is a lead-up to the 2026 NICE Conference & Expo (June 1–3, 2026, Philadelphia Marriott Downtown), hosted by Florida International University (FIU) and New America. The conference theme, “From Foundations to the Future: Transforming the Cybersecurity Workforce,” focuses on strengthening pathways, modernizing training, and fostering an adaptable, inclusive, and resilient workforce.

Pennsylvania sits at the crossroads of critical sectors increasingly targeted by cyber threats. LSEE will explore how coordinated workforce pipelines, hands-on training, public–private partnerships, and community-based ecosystems can:

  • Address Pennsylvania’s cybersecurity workforce needs
  • Align education, industry, and government efforts
  • Strengthen and scale talent pipelines
  • Expand access and inclusion statewide
  • Connect local priorities to national workforce strategies

As Pennsylvania prepares to mark America’s 250th anniversary, this event highlights the Keystone State’s enduring role in national strength, advancing a cybersecurity workforce that will protect our democracy, economy, and communities for the next 250 years.
