CTL at NIST Sigma Xi Early-Career Poster Presentation

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Communications Technology Laboratory (CTL) proudly participated in the 32nd Annual NIST Sigma Xi Early-Career Poster Presentation, a longstanding tradition that highlights groundbreaking research by early-career scientists and engineers across the agency. This annual event fosters scientific exchange and showcases the next generation of researchers making an impact on the scientific community.

CTL was represented by a talented group of researchers whose posters demonstrated exceptional creativity, technical depth, and alignment with the CTL mission to pioneer research in advanced communications technologies.

Congratulations to the CTL early-career researchers:

  • Vishnuvardhan Iyer, who presented n-IMPACT: Non-Invasive Monitoring to Profile Anomalous and Covert Transmissions.
  • Dixith Manchaiah, who introduced Optical Homodyne and Radio Frequency Superheterodyne-Based Rydberg Sensor for Enhanced Sensitivity and Bandwidth.
  • Nadia Yoza Mitsuishi, who shared her work on Interference Analysis of Wireless Local Area Networks and Fifth-Generation (5G) Systems Coexisting with Satellites in the 6 Gigahertz Band.
  • Akimun Jannat Alvina, who presented Transforming Spectrum Sharing: A Novel Transformer-Based Protocol Classification Approach.
  • Jabir Marakkarakath Vadakkepurayil, who showcased Phase Stabilization of Quantum Networks Using Displacement-Enhanced Photon Counting.

These contributions reflect the CTL commitment to cultivating innovation and empowering early-career researchers to tackle the most pressing technical challenges in communications technology.
