AWARD CITATION

The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program staff is recognized for demonstrating extensive technical knowledge, initiative, agility, and subject matter expertise in a total redesign and transformation of the Baldrige Award. The staff conceived, vetted, and implemented multiple process innovations that have resulted in a 50-75% reduction in the time and effort needed to participate in the Baldrige Award process, while protecting the rigor and integrity of the process and increasing the opportunities for recognition.
