TREC

Workshop Dates: November 14-17, 2023

TREC is an annual evaluation workshop series hosted by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). The workshop's goal is to encourage research in information retrieval by providing large test collections, uniform scoring procedures, and a forum for organizations interested in comparing their results.  This year, TREC tracks included Authoring Tools for Multimedia Content, Clinical Trials, CrisisFACTs, Deep Learning, Interactive Knowledge Acquisition, Product Search, NeuCLIR, and Tip-of-the-Tongue Search.

The 2023 TREC workshop will be in person, November 14-17, with an option to attend remotely.

Who should attend the workshop?
Workshop participants are restricted to those who took part in TREC 2023 tracks. More information about the TREC program can be found on the TREC project page, https://trec.nist.gov/
