Abstract
The 2010 Materials Research Society (MRS) Fall Meeting took place in the Hynes Convention Center and the Sheraton Boston Hotel, starting the weekend following the Thanksgiving Holidays from November 27 to December 3. This large-scale meeting included forty-nine technical symposia, seven tutorials, four poster sessions, a popular Symposium X (Frontiers of Materials Research), an award ceremony, a large-scale exhibit, and various services including an employment center for the MRS members. The attendees this year was about 5900, with a total of more than 6000 papers presented in both oral and poster sessions. This report summarizes the events that took place that week.Citation
