Abstract
This application profile analyzes the capabilities of IEEE 2030.5-2018, an available smart grid focused open communication standard, to effectuate a use case that defines the communications aspects of the business function of an electric utility executing demand management or demand response programs with responsive load inclusive of individual and aggregator mediated residential and fleet EVSE via Charge Station Management Systems interfacing with the electric utility.
