Abstract
We developed a cryogenic multiline thru-reflect-line (TRL) calibration kit for microwave characterizing of superconductive circuits used in the Josephson arbitrary waveform synthesizer of the national institute of standards and technology (NIST). We also created models for passive and active superconductive circuits including Josephson array transmission lines, and compared simulations to our TRL-calibrated measurements, we found excellent agreement up to 50 GHz.
