This chapter reviews the best current information about the thermophysical properties of the fluid phases of water, focusing particularlyon the way in which water's properties change with temperature and pressure at conditions relevant to high-temperature aqueous physicalchemistry. Where possible, reference is made to standard property formulations adopted by the International Association for theProperties of Water and Steam.
