Abstract
The Information Services Office (ISO) of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) conducts a wide variety of studies to assess the impact of NIST research, particularly publications. ISO also works to increase the impact of that research using various strategies. This presentation looks at the ways ISO assesses the impact of NIST research and how it works to increase that impact.
