Mr. Germanov is recognized for his outstanding work as an electrician and superior service to NIST. He brings a professional and positive attitude to the Facilities Maintenance Division which has earned him the respect of his coworkers, management, and the scientific staff. He collaborates with the scientific community regularly by providing his expertise to assess and deliver electrical requirements for their labs. Mr. Germanov's extra efforts have fostered excellent relationships with customers, and, as a result, his input is sought whenever electrical modifications to equipment or systems is being considered.  He is highly regarded within the Boulder Labs as an individual who is committed to delivering solutions that are safe, code-compliant and efficient.
