Ms. Goldstein is recognized for her dynamic leadership of NIST-on-a-Chip (NOAC), a program that unites experts across NIST to transform the delivery of metrology through a suite of quantum-based, fit-for-function, point-of-use standards. By cultivating strategic partnerships with the Department of Defense (DoD), other agencies, and industry, she has motivated U.S. investment of nearly $100 million in quantum sensing technologies and has made NOAC a cornerstone of DoD’s strategy for meeting the metrology needs of future military systems.
