Dr. Fraser is recognized for the exemplary mentorship he displays as a PML Division Chief for over 15 years. Fraser is a tireless advocate for all his staff and the division's mission while managing the largest PML division. During his tenure as a division chief, he has been able to maintain a spirit of collaboration and cooperation. The atmosphere in the Division under Fraser's leadership is a very egalitarian one where he has been able to foster, through effort and consensus, the building of a brighter future for all his staff. At the same time, he has been a true collaborator with his fellow Division Chiefs. Fraser truly exemplifies the core value of One NIST.
