Mr. Clark is recognized for his exemplary service as a liaison between the Acquisition Management Division, the Grants Management Division, and MML/NIST technical staff. His dedicated customer support and tenacious commitment to guiding NIST-wide Scientific, Technical, and Engineering Support Services contracts and MML grants through the process is commendable. His superb knowledge of acquisition and grants regulations, technical background, and highly effective interpersonal skills have enabled him to help technical staff efficiently and effectively through these administrative processes. Through his efforts, Clark also improved the organizational health of MML/NIST by developing tools and reports for grants and acquisitions, now being used across NIST as a best practice.
