The group is recognized for their superior professional excellence, leadership, program management skills, and technical expertise during the development of master plans and accompanying environmental assessments for the two main NIST campuses in Gaithersburg, Maryland, and Boulder, Colorado. These documents provide a visionary roadmap and framework for future development at the campuses over the next 20 years. Ms. Cantilli’s and Mr. Neuberg’s efforts ensured a balance between expanding mission requirements, historic preservation and sustainability. These master plans have been wholeheartedly applauded by the mayoral staffs of the cities of Gaithersburg and Boulder and by the Maryland and Colorado state historic preservation offices.
