Mrs. Sepehri is honored for her contributions to the re-engineered RSA SecurID Token service delivery processes eliminating the need for paper forms, reducing the level of effort required by support staff, and significantly improving customer service. Recognizing the existing manual token distribution processes were inefficient and frequently required intervention, Sepehri engaged with technical staff providing the RSA SecurID Token service to review and update technical process flows and service interfaces, resulting in a new and improved on-demand service process in time to support the replacement of tokens for 3,195 NIST employees and associates.
