AWARD CITATION
Ms. Driver is recognized for leadership and initiative over the past four years after the formation of MML's Chemical Sciences Division. She assumed a leadership role to transform and harmonize the diverse administrative support functions that resulted from the merger of the Analytical Chemistry Division with the Chemical and Biochemical Reference Data Division, which each had widely different processes and cultures. Her dedicated creation of an effective and efficient team of administrative support staff serving eight groups and more than 170 staff members was instrumental to the success of the reorganization, and serves as a model for other Operating Units.
