The team is recognized for its collaboration in designing and executing a successful pilot of the Human Resources Submission, Tracking and Analytics Tool (HR STAT). Over the course of nine months, the team worked to ensure that NIST's highest-priority needs would be addressed in a solution that would be beneficial to both customer and service provider, and be easy to use. The successful pilot proved that by leveraging better technology and dedicated partnership, NIST can achieve faster hiring and improved visibility into the process from start to finish. The HR STAT pilot serves as a model for other service organizations for its success in customer engagement, technology-based solution development and overall agency outcomes.
