I am Muhammad Waqar, a cybersecurity expert by night focusing on securing organizations, bring awarness, and delivering sessions on career paths and youth empowerment.Over the past years i have trained more than 2000+ students in cybersecurity. I then founded a company where students can learn and compete. Under the company, I started an initiative called "SHEHACKS," which is specifically for women in cybersecurity. This is the first time introduced in the region. The main objective of SheHacks is to gather women under one Umbrella and empower them in the cybersecurity domain.
Over the past Months, I have been more focused on OSINT, Dark web investigations, and intelligence. These experiences have given me unique insights into the evolving threat and publicly exposed information.
I strongly believe that as an NICE Ambassador, I will be bridging the gap between Technical experties, public awareness, and securing organizations from breaches. I believe the youth have so much potential, but they need proper guidance and career advice. As they are the most targeted individuals, I aim to contribute to the global development of the cybersecurity workforce by sharing knowledge, stimulating responsible research, and supporting NICE's mission to build a skilled and sustainable cybersecurity workforce.
