I am a Principal Cyber Risk Analyst at The TJX Companies, Inc., where I apply my cross-disciplinary background in social work and public administration to manage business risk, create technical solutions, and build enterprise resilience. I have a Master of Public Administration (MPA) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Arizona State University, which equip me with a unique perspective and approach to risk management and innovation.In my current role, I maintain knowledge of current industry security standards and frameworks, perform security control gap analysis, and participate in risk identification with key stakeholders. Previously, I worked as a Cyber & Strategic Risk Analyst at Deloitte, where I deployed various technologies to establish data privacy and security controls, helped improve application security, managed system and software vulnerabilities, developed advanced cyber monitoring and security analytics solutions, and designed/delivered business-focused cyber solutions. I have also received multiple awards and certifications for my outstanding performance, dedication, and leadership in the field of risk management and internal audit. Willing to share my journey and help or mentor others learn about cybersecurity career opporunities and pathways.
