Now Available: NIST NCCoE Project Portfolio

The NIST National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (NCCoE) is excited to announce the release of its inaugural Project Portfolio, providing an overview of the NCCoE’s research priorities and active projects. In addition, we invite you to join us for a webinar on February 19, 2026.

Background

The NCCoE serves as a U.S. cybersecurity innovation hub for the technologies, standards, and architectures for today’s cybersecurity landscape. We collaborate with top cybersecurity experts and industry leaders to demonstrate practical ways to address the nation’s most pressing cybersecurity challenges. 

The Project Portfolio document provides an overview of the NCCoE and its work, including details on:

  • Our four strategic pillars to guide our research projects
  • Each active research project, with links to find more information
  • Opportunities to provide input and get involved in the NCCoE’s work

February 19 Webinar

Those interested in hearing more about the NCCoE’s Project Portfolio are invited to register for and attend our webinar on February 19, 2026, from 1:00 to 2:00p.m. EST. The webinar will provide an overview of the NCCoE and our work, including more detail on our research portfolio, and a spotlight on a selection of our projects. Participants will be encouraged to provide feedback throughout the session to guide our future projects.

Attendance is limited to 500 participants and is first-come, first-serve. There is no fee to attend. A recording will be made available after the webinar.
