Synopsis

Cybersecurity continues to be an integral part of our daily lives.  Within the Federal Government, there is a need to increase diversity among those working in this critical area.  Invited speakers will discuss: 

  • Executive Order 14035 which is aimed at advancing Diversity Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility within the Federal workforce
  • Data to illustrate where efforts are still needed within the Cybersecurity community
  • Applicability of promoting professional development and advancement
  • FBI successful agency practices to attract a broader workforce to perform Cybersecurity work
