Learn How to Apply for the 2015 Baldrige Award Now
Application forms and guidance are now available online for the 2015 Baldrige Award. The prestigious, Presidential award honors high-performing organizations in all sectors of the U.S. economy. Potential applicants can learn about applying for the 2015 Baldrige Award using the following information:
- 2015 Changes and Reminders: Revised eligibility rules will enable more organizations to apply for the award in 2015.
- Is Your Organization Eligible?: Detailed guidance will help organizations determine if they are eligible to apply for the award in 2015.
- 2015 Award Cycle at a Glance: Applying for the 2015 Baldrige Award involves (1) submitting eligibility materials, which are due by February 23, 2015; and (2) submitting an application, which is due by May 12, 2015 (April 28 if an organization submits its application on CD only).
- Application Content and Format: In addition to downloadable instructions (PDF file) for preparing a Baldrige Award application, the 2015 versions of the Eligibility Form (MS-Word file) and the Award Application Form (MS-Word file) are available in the list of resources on the right side of this web page.
- Baldrige Award Process Fees: Fees for the 2015 Baldrige Award cycle will remain at the same levels established two years ago; the fees are based on benchmarks of other national quality programs.
The 2015–2016 Criteria for Performance Excellence will be available in December; these Criteria assessment questions, revised every two years, are used as the basis for award applications.
