The American National Standards Institute (ANSI) encourages its members to register for a November 16 listening session on the implementation of the U.S. Government National Standards Strategy for Critical and Emerging Technology (USG NSSCET). Advanced registration is required for both in-person and virtual participation.

ANSI and the National Institute for Standards and Technology (NIST) are co-hosting the session to gather private-sector input on the USG NSSCET’s implementation. Released in May 2023, the strategy outlines U.S. government goals to enhance U.S. engagement in standardization related to critical and emerging technologies. It commits to increasing U.S. government support for the private sector-led standards system, and calls out its alignment with the United States Standards Strategy (USSS).

For more details, to view the agenda, and to register, please see ANSI's announcement about this event.

Please note that registration is limited to ANSI members.
