This February, NIST's Public Safety Communications Research Division will host a webinar featuring the PSCR Impact Assessment: 2016–2022 Executive Summary Report. The full report will be available in the spring of 2023. The Middle Class Tax Relief and Job Creation Act of 2012 charged NIST’s PSCR Division with performing critical public safety communications research and development during a 10-year period. September 30, 2022 marked the close out of the $300 million PSCR received from that legislation and the Public Safety Trust Fund. Tune in on February 9, 2023 to hear Division Chief Dereck Orr provide a summary of the report findings, the impacts of the program, its accomplishments, and more. Register now!
