NCCoE Learning Series Fireside Chat – A Look at the Cybersecurity Framework: Where We’ve Been, Where We Are, and Where We’re Going

In collaboration with stakeholders from government, industry, and academia, the Cybersecurity Framework was first released in early 2014 and has since been used by organizations large and small across the globe to help them better understand, manage, and communicate cybersecurity risk.

In recognition of 50 years of cybersecurity at NIST, this NCCoE Learning Series fireside chat will shine a spotlight on this ubiquitous publication and will feature:

  • The evolution of the Framework
  • Success stories over the last 7 years
  • Latest updates, including:
    • Expanded international engagement
    • Development of Profiles
    • Mapping to other standards, such as ISO and NERC
  • Plans for continued advancement of the Framework
