Synopsis:

Mentoring youth and adults is a recognized and proven strategy for introducing individuals to careers in cybersecurity as well as increasing the likelihood of their completion of a corresponding learning experience and retention in the field.  During National Mentoring Month in January, this webinar will explore effective practices for mentoring, highlight features of model programs, and showcase the Cybersecurity Mentoring Hub as a community of mentors and mentees in cybersecurity.
