Abstract Submission

Paper Submission Deadline Extended: May 21, 2017

Authors submitting papers to Optical MEMS and Nanophotonics 2017 taking place in Santa Fe, New Mexico are required to submit a 35-word abstract and a 2 page-limit paper, along with the completed online submission form via the online paper collection website no later than May 21, 2017.  Notifications are sent only to the corresponding author.

Copyright agreement information will be sent out along with the Final Author instructions.

Technical papers received outside the electronic submission site will not be accepted. Revisions will only be accepted up until the paper submission deadline.

Please use the following format when submitting your paper:

The two-page paper (A4 size) should be typed single space with one-inch margins on all four sides. Charts, illustrations and figures must fit within the two-page paper specification. IEEE supplied templates are available for your convenience for MS Word.

The 35-word Abstract will be used for publication in the Advance Program. Over length abstracts will not be accepted and will affect your ability to successfully submit your work.

The 2-Page paper will be published in the Conference Proceedings if accepted. It must be submitted as a PDF file. Please see the link below for detailed submitting information.

Electronic Submission: Authors are asked to provide vital pieces of information, including, but not limited to the paper title, presentation type, and a 35-word abstract, 3-5 keywords as well as all authors' contact information for the reviewer's reference. This information must be completed in its entirety; failure to do so may inhibit your ability to successfully complete your submission. Please use the below link to submit your papers.

"Important information about preparing your paper: The Proceedings for this conference will be published in IEEE Xplore®, therefore the quality of your PDF file is important. The IEEE is dedicated to the worldwide distribution of conference papers to engineering professionals. This requires that all papers submitted for publication must meet a minimum standard for both print and electronic publishing." Please see the links below showing you the typical format of accepted 2-page papers including invited talk and keynote speech in the OMN2014 and OMN2015.
