NanoFab Tool: Ted Pella easiGlow Glow Discharge Cleaning System
The PELCO easiGlow Glow Discharge Cleaning System is primarily designed to clean and functionalize transmission electron microscopy carbon support films. A glow discharge treatment with air makes the carbon support film surface negatively charged and hydrophilic, allowing samples suspended in an aqueous solution to disperse more evenly on the support film.
