Evidence Management Call for Posters & Exhibitors
Poster and exhibitor sessions will take place during the conference on October 2ndand 3rd from 11:30am – 2:00pm in the NIST Poster Hallway and Portrait Gallery at the Evidence Management Conference. Poster Presenters
- The poster session will take place in the NIST Poster hallway on October 2ndand 3rd from 11:30am – 2:00pm in the poster hallway. Posters should measure approximate 4ft (120cm) by 6 ft (180 cm) wide. Poster presenters are free to attend the conference oral sessions.
Vendor Exhibitors

Exhibitors will obtain access to 1, 6’ x 2.5’ table with electrical outlets and will have their logo and company name included in the conference program. Exhibitor set up takes place starting on October 2ndand 3rd starting at 7:30 am in the poster hallway. You will be directed to your table space by registration attendants. Exhibitors are free to attend the conference oral sessions.
