Description

Methanol pool fire using thin filament and fine gauge tc to measure flame temperature. Water cooled round pool burner with gravity fed methanol fuel to maintain constant level. Diameter 1.00 m. Depth 10 cm. lip 44.5 cm above floor. Peak HRR value is higher than time averaged peak value reported in NIST.TN.2083.
