The CNST NanoFab Training website offers administrative and technical support for the users of the system. The first step in assisting users with issues on the website is to determine if the issue that the user is having is either administrative or technical. Below is information that will assist users in determining whether they need administrative or technical support. Please contact the NanoFab User Office and indicate if the issue is technical or administrative.

Examples of technical issues:
- User is not able to access the CNST NanoFab Training Website through you internet browser.
- User cannot launch/start a training course on their account.
- User is having technical issues with viewing a course or completing a course assessment.
- User course certificates are not generating or the user cannot print their certificates that they have earned.
- User is having login or password issues on the system.
Examples of administrative issues:
- User is not sure of what course(s) to take on the system to meet their required NanoFab access requirements.
- Incorrect courses are uploaded to the user's training account.
- User has questions pertaining to course content or test assessments at the end of courses.
- User is having issues with enrolling into courses.
- User is having questions about registering/creating their training account on the system.
- User has questions about NanoFab Orientation policies.
